Due to the chaos being caused for our lovely couples thanks to the ongoing COVID crisis we thought we’d make our COVID policy available here to give you all some peace of mind.

Oberon Lane COVID Policy

We’re here to help your day go ahead exactly as you imagined. We’ve rescheduled over 200+ weddings since the beginning of the pandemic without any fees or charges and we will continue to honour that system until this is all over.

The following applies if your weddings is impacted by COVID-19:

1. Oberon Lane can postpone and reschedule the date without any fees or charges. 

2. If your current artist is not available on the new date, we'll find you other available options that do the exact same package as your existing booking. 

3. If you're not happy with the new artists, we can fully refund you and you can shop elsewhere

We've gotta do whatever we can to make sure everyone is happy and music is in the air on your big day, so we'll do whatever we can to make that happen.
