Package Info & Availability Check
Once we know what you're dreaming up, we'll hit you back with the best package options and quotes. When you're ready to roll, we’ll reach out to our artists and get back to you within 24-48 hours with a list of who's available to bring the magic.
Pick Your Favourite
Now for the fun part – choosing your musical MVP! We work with the best in the biz, so pour yourself a glass of wine (or whatever you fancy) and browse through the available artists' profiles and promo videos. Find the artist that speaks to your vibe, and you’re halfway there!
Lock It In with a Deposit
Time to make it official. A 20% deposit secures your artist, and you can relax knowing the rest isn't due until two weeks before the big day.
Final Details (Because We Love to Plan)
About six weeks before your wedding, our superstar Details Manager will be in touch. You’ll get a detailed Google Doc to fill out with everything we need – logistics, song choices, the works. Feel free to update it at your own pace until the deadline (usually 7-10 days before the big day).
Final Check by Our Details Manager
Once your form’s all set, our Details Manager will give it a thorough once-over to make sure it’s perfect before sharing it with your artist. We leave no stone unturned!
